Ranging in life span from between 5-25 years, a mortgage of upto 70% of market value for a property, completed at roof stage, means buyers are able to finance property purchases in Bulgaria like never before, with small and easily manageable repayments. For clients in the buy to let market we are able to compliment a mortgage facility with assistance in finding the best located, and most rentable, developments in the market. We may also support current owners looking to re-mortgage suitable property.

Unlike other companies ‘assisting’ buyers in finding a mortgage we charge no registration fee, no completion fee, and no percentage of the loan amount. This makes us much more competitive than other companies in this field. Our English, Russian and Bulgarian speaking staff (other languages on request) will assist you with your initial application, help submit forms to the bank and answer any questions you may have, at any stage, until you have been accepted. Once the bank has accepted your application, we charge you a one off fee of 500 euros with no hidden extras for providing this service (most other companies will charge at least double this amount).
